Publish an app update

For the app publisher only. Regular users never need this. It pushes a new index.html to the repo; it goes live when the deploy pipeline runs (or via npx wrangler deploy).

Publisher access token
GitHub token (one-time setup, saved in this browser)

Create at github.com → Settings → Developer settings → Fine-grained tokens → Generate new. Repository access: only spreadsheet-tracker. Permissions → Contents: Read and write. Expiration: 1 year.
