One-time setup

Paste the OAuth Client ID from your Google Cloud project (Credentials → tracker web → Client ID, ends in .apps.googleusercontent.com). See WEBAPP-SETUP.md for the 5-step console walkthrough.

Sign in with the Google account that can open your tracked sheets. Read-only access — this app never writes to any sheet.

Update email — review before sending

Update the live site

Pick the new index.html (from the project's webapp folder). It gets committed to GitHub and is live in ~1 minute.

GitHub token (one-time setup, saved in this browser)

Create at github.com → Settings → Developer settings → Fine-grained tokens → Generate new. Repository access: only spreadsheet-tracker. Permissions → Contents: Read and write. Expiration: 1 year.

Track a new sheet

Paste the Google Sheet link. Your signed-in account must be able to open it.

Click the header row — the row with the column titles.

Match your columns. Item (what the row is about) and My status (the column that marks rows as yours) are required.

Tap each value once = active (on your plate), twice = done, three times = ignore. Rows with ignored/blank values won't show.
